4.1 Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eduzebra.store and your purchase of products from ESD PETS HEALTH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that owns and operates the EDUZEBRA brand ("EDUZEBRA", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contactus@eduzebra.store of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4.4 Products, availability and description
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. Packaging and formulations may be updated from time to time; the product you receive may differ in appearance from the images shown. Product availability is not guaranteed and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person or region at our discretion.
4.5 Intended use and important product notices

For animal use only. EDUZEBRA products are formulated for dogs and cats and are not for human consumption.

Not FDA evaluated. Statements on the Site and on our packaging have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Not veterinary advice. Content on the Site is for general educational purposes only. We are not a veterinary practice and provide no diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary advice. Consult a licensed veterinarian before use, particularly for animals that are pregnant, nursing, on medication, scheduled for surgery, or showing symptoms of illness.

Results vary. Individual results depend on the animal and are not guaranteed. Testimonials reflect individual experience and are not typical.

Assumption of responsibility. You are responsible for reading the label, following dosage instructions, and monitoring your animal. Discontinue use and contact your veterinarian if any adverse reaction occurs. Report adverse events to us at contactus@eduzebra.store
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Despite our efforts, products may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your payment method charged. If we cancel such an order, we will refund you in full.
Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, resale activity, quantity limits, pricing errors, or unavailability.
We accept all kinds of payment methods. By providing a payment method you represent that you are authorised to use it and authorise us to charge the total order amount including products, shipping, and tax. Payments are processed by third-party processors subject to their terms.
4.9 Promotions, discounts and coupons
Promotional codes are limited-time, non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may not be applied retroactively. We may modify or terminate any promotion at any time. Codes obtained through unauthorised channels may be voided.
4.10 Shipping, title and risk of loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, incorporated by reference.
4.12 Authorised sales channels and resale
EDUZEBRA products sold on the Site are for personal use by end consumers only. Purchase for resale, distribution, or export is prohibited without our prior written authorisation. We do not warrant products purchased from unauthorised resellers and cannot support, refund, or replace them. We reserve the right to cancel orders that indicate resale activity.
The Site and all content on it, including the EDUZEBRA name and marks, logos, text, images, video, A+ content, formulations, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to our trademarks.
4.14 Reviews, testimonials and user content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in any medium for marketing and commercial purposes, without compensation or attribution. You represent that you own or control the rights to the content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
We do not pay for, condition, or filter reviews based on how positive they are. We may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, contains health claims we cannot substantiate, or violates these Terms.
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law; infringe any right; transmit malware; scrape, crawl, or harvest data by automated means; interfere with Site security or performance; impersonate any person; submit false information; or engage in fraudulent transactions or return abuse.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any product will achieve a particular result for your animal. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDUZEBRA and its officers, members, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site or the products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any product will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim, or [$100]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
4.18 Dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver
Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at contactus@eduzebra.store with a written description of the dispute and to work with us in good faith for at least 30 days to resolve it.
Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved, you and EDUZEBRA agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the products will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the chosen provider under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Wyoming or, at your election, by telephone, video, or on the papers. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.
Class action waiver. You and EDUZEBRA each waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award relief only in favour of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to contactus@eduzebra.store within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, address, and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 4.19, any action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDUZEBRA and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or the products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, war, terrorism, labour disputes, carrier failures, supplier or manufacturing disruption, utility or internet outages, and government action.
Purchases made through Amazon or any other third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace's terms, not these Terms. We are not responsible for the policies, pricing, or fulfilment of third-party platforms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The Effective Date at the top reflects the current version. Changes apply prospectively to orders placed after they are posted. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and EDUZEBRA regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
